Rental application to be emailed upon request. Lease Administration Fee after approval $200.00. Rental Application Form to be completed and emailed to listing agent along with last 2 paystubs, copy of photo ID, Proof of funds (last 2 bank statements). Combined income must match 3 times the rent. No evictions or collections with other rentals. After submitting a complete application please allow up to 3 business days to receive a response. After approval, payment of the security deposit (minimum 1 month) will be required to prepare the lease. Following month payment will apply when move-in date falls after the 15th calendar day.
